Questo commento, fatto da un giornalista particolarmente dotato di spirito, mi è molto piaciuto.
Nei tanti anni di lavoro trascorsi nel circo, ho sempre cercato di creare qualcosa che si distaccasse dal solito stereotipo.
Fino a che mi sono reso conto che il pubblico iniziava a dare segni di stanchezza: gli spettacoli continuamente proposti dalla tv, per quanto di alti livello, sono troppo ripetitivi e lo spettatore pensa che, visto un circo, tutti gli altri sono uguali.
Proprio per quanto ho cercato di "evadere dalla solita routine" mantenendo tuttavia viva la tradizione; anzi, risalendo proprio alle origini, ai tempi dell'ANTICA ROMA, quando il popolo si divertiva assistendo ai fenomeni che gli venivano offerti in parata al Colosseo e risalendo poi (come in una macchina del tempo) all'epoca moderna.
Ecco quindi le attrazioni proposte in una diversa cornice scenografica e musicale, proiettate nel 2000.
Spero che il "cocktail" sia di vostro gradimento, noi faremo il possibile per meritare i vostri applausi!!

Take a bit of tradition, add something new, sprinkle some disco music on top, mix it together, then pour it into a container of technology and you will have a cocktail called: THE TRIBERTIS HISTORICAL CIRCUS AND THEATRE.

This comment, made by a journalist with a special sense of humour, pleased me enormously.
In all the years I have spent in the circus, I have always tried to create something different in order to break away from the usual stereotype.
Then I realized that the public was beginning to get bored: the spectacles shown on tv, even when they are high quality, are too repetitive and therefore lead the spectator to believe that once you have seen one you have seen them all.
It is for this reason that I have tried to "escape from the usual routine". I have kept all that is tradition alive and have even gone back to the origins of the Ancient roman time when people enjoyed themselves by attending or participating in the performances held at the Colosseum.
Then the public is taken back to Modern Times in a time machine.
These are the attractions presented in a different scenery and musical frame projected towards the years 2000.
I hope this "cocktail" is to your liking. We will do everything possible to earn your applause.
